- We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, Generative AI and LLM-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, deploying and optimizing production-ready ML/GenAI applications.
- Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning / Data Science
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning & Deep Learning
- Strong experience in Generative AI / LLM
- Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Strong understanding of Embeddings & Vector Databases
- Knowledge of MLflow / MLOps
- Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP
- Strong understanding of model performance optimization and monitoring
- Good to Have
- LLaMA / Mistral / Open-source LLMs
- Quantization
- AI Agents / Multi-Agent Systems
- Docker & Kubernetes
- Kafka / RabbitMQ
- GPU optimization
- Note: VLM / Multimodal AI experience is not mandatory.
- Location preference: Candidates from Navi Mumbai / Ghansoli / Airoli / Koparkhairane / Thane who are comfortable working on-site are preferred.
- Compensation: 1,700,000.00 - 2,000,000.00 per year
