Responsibilities
- We are seeking a highly experienced and certified DevOps Lead to architect and drive our cloud infrastructure and DevOps strategy across enterprise-grade platforms.
- The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Azure and AWS, and a proven track record as a Senior/Lead Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) and DevOps expert.
- This role will be pivotal in leading automation, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native transformation initiatives.
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of DevOps pipelines across Azure and AWS environments.
- Architect scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure using best practices.
- Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep, Terraform, ARM templates, and CloudFormation.
- Drive continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) strategies using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring.
- Implement and manage observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor).
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards across cloud environments.
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and foster a culture of automation and reliability.
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in cloud technologies, with hands-on expertise in Azure and AWS.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, including roles as Senior/Lead SRE or DevOps Expert.
- Active Azure DevOps Expert Certification is mandatory.
- Additional certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Terraform Associate, or CKA/CKAD are highly desirable.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar.
- Proven experience with Bicep for Azure IaC deployments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Exposure to FinOps, cost optimization.
