Salary expectations were not aligned during the recruitment process. I had communicated an expectation of around 12 LPA, which was also my previous CTC. After completing the interview, I was informed that the salary range being considered was 8–10 LPA. The difference between the previously communicated expectation and the final range was significant. It would have been better to clarify the realistic compensation range before proceeding with the interview, to avoid spending time on a process where expectations were ultimately not aligned.
I'm writing to express my disappointment with the hiring process for the Software Quality Test Engineer position. Despite clearing the interview rounds and submitting documents, the process has been painfully slow, with no offer letter received after 5 weeks. Moreover, when I requested a role change and salary discussion, the process came to a grinding halt. The lack of communication and transparency has been staggering. Unfortunately, this experience has left a sour taste, and I've lost interest in joining the organization. I hope you'll take steps to improve the hiring process and communication channels to avoid disappointing future candidates. Rating: 1/5

Very Bad Interview Process, Even though i informed the HR regarding my notice period and salary expectations before interview, i was rejected on these terms, i excelled in the two rounds conducted, but this is a very bad thing to take candidate time and reject on things which was informed beforehand.
