View on GlassdoorPros: After an incredible journey of **20 years and 4 months**, I retired from UST in **July 2026** with a heart full of gratitude. UST was never just an employer for me—it was a place where I grew, learned, and evolved. It gave me opportunities to build meaningful relationships, work with inspiring mentors, celebrate successes, learn from challenges, and create memories that I'll always cherish. One of the things I valued most was the culture. The flat hierarchy meant that everyone, from the newest employee to senior leadership, had the opportunity to be heard. Access to leaders wasn't just encouraged—it was part of the culture. The learning opportunities, leadership initiatives, and experiences beyond day-to-day work helped shape me not only as a professional but also as a better leader. Looking back, I realize I never seriously considered changing jobs because the organization's values, people, and culture gave me every reason to stay. The true strength of UST has always been its people. I had the privilege of working with exceptional colleagues and leaders—including our CIO, CIA, CVO, the Chennai Center Head, and many others—who trusted me, challenged me, encouraged me, and gave me opportunities to grow. Their guidance and friendship have left a lasting impact on my career and my life. If you're looking for a workplace where you can learn, grow, take ownership, and build a long-term career with talented people, UST is a place I can wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you, UST, for an unforgettable 20-year journey. Wishing the organization and everyone who is part of it continued success in the years ahead.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of

Sample questions
Got a phone call from UST HR and the interview scheduled from the client. The 1st and 2nd round of interview process was directly from client side and there was only an HR interview call from UST side. Client-side virtual interview consisted of mainly C++ programming with objected oriented concepts testing the fundamentals and basics of programming concepts lasted for about 1-2 hr.
