They Hire to Fill Seats, Not to Place People — Benched Day One!!!
Pros: WORST
0 PROS
They hired me for an SAP Treasury profile — despite me clearly stating in both interview rounds that I had no hands-on TRM experience but was willing to explore and learn. Still, they brought me onboard.
And what happened next?
5 project interview calls as if I was still a candidate instead of an employee.
No project allocation, because apparently everyone wanted 7–8 years of TRM experience — which they already knew I didn’t have.
Zero ownership, zero guidance, zero accountability.
This was nothing but a bait-and-switch: they wanted a seasoned TRM expert but settled for someone eager to learn, only to leave me stranded
Cons: Cons
Relieved within 3 months — benched from Day 1.
Five project calls in three months, and every single one demanded Controlling or TRM experience I explicitly did not have.
Not a single real opportunity or project assignment was ever granted.
One day I received a call: “You’ve completed 100 days with no project — this is your LWD.” No warning, no support, no explanation.
They play with people’s lives — no respect for honesty, no accountability.
Worst of all: I suffered a leg fracture in an accident and could not walk. They showed zero sympathy and demanded I physically return the company laptop to my base location myself. No accommodation, no empathy, just cold bureaucracy.
Supportive environment but training location updates need clarity
Pros: Supportive HR and onboarding team. Good work environment and professional culture. The onboarding team is approachable and responsive.
Cons: There was some confusion regarding the training location updates. As we are new to the city, it was a little challenging to manage the commute. Clearer and earlier communication regarding location changes would be helpful.
Good pay and flexibility, but poor project quality
Pros: Good Money as per previous company
Flexibility at work
Cons: Project and Organisation structure
1- They don’t have experience senior staff
2- Projects quality is also not good majority of projects is not end to end ownership, performing a small portion out of big projects
3- Projects execution strategy and lack of implementation expert
I attended a walk in interview drive. The arrangement was good and the panel was knowledgeable. The questions were moderately difficult and there was two technical rounds, followed by a HR round.
Sample questions
I was mostly asked from the projects I have worked on and various topics related to Python, Gen AI and Agentic AI development.
