Responsibilities
- NET Application Security (OAuth2 + JWT + ASP.NET Identity + OWASP), Angular 14+, Angular Components & Design Patterns, ASP.NET Web API (REST APIs), Microservices Architecture, Kafka, ORM
- Define and drive enterprise application architecture strategy using ASP.NET Web API, Angular, and Microservices architecture.
- Lead strategic technical decisions related to application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.
- Architect distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems aligned with enterprise goals.
- Establish engineering standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines across teams.
- Lead strategic technical decisions related to Angular modernization, backend scalability, and enterprise application transformation.
- Drive enterprise messaging and event-streaming strategies using RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, SQS, Azure Service Bus, JMS, or Kafka.
- Drive implementation of non-functional requirements including scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, and modernization initiatives ensuring future-ready application ecosystems.
- Collaborate with leadership teams and enterprise architects to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy.
- Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD automation, cloud-native engineering, and containerization practices.
- Identify technical risks and architectural gaps proactively while defining mitigation strategies for long-term platform stability.
- Provides strong technical leadership aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Drives architecture and solution design decisions for scalable, secure, and maintainable application ecosystems.
- Balances delivery accountability with technical excellence, quality, reliability, and team collaboration.
- Builds and mentors high-performing engineering teams by fostering ownership, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders for successful delivery.
- Demonstrates strong stakeholder management and communication by providing visibility into risks and technical decisions.
- Drives engineering excellence through governance standards, automation, reusable frameworks, and best practices.
- Promotes a culture of quality, performance optimization, reliability, and continuous improvement.
