The interview process consisted of 2 technical rounds, 2 managerial rounds, 1 client discussion, and 1 HR round. The entire process was fast, seamless, well-organized, and completed efficiently with clear communication throughout.

Overall, the interview was straightforward and focused mainly on GenAI concepts. The discussion covered RAG fundamentals, basic system design, and a few questions on LLM applications. The interviewers were friendly, and the process was well structured.

3 round one with hr then technically they will check then manager round and in some cases client round will be there so you have to qualify all and agin there is good environment

I recently attended the interview process at IRIS Software and successfully cleared both the L1 and L2 technical rounds. The interviewers were knowledgeable, and the technical discussions were professional and well-structured. However, my experience with the recruitment process after the interviews was disappointing. I was informed that my offer letter would be released shortly and was repeatedly assured over a period of 3–4 days that I would receive an update soon. Based on these assurances, I promptly submitted all the required documents. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups through phone calls and messages, I received no response from the HR/recruitment team. The lack of communication and transparency created unnecessary uncertainty and made the overall candidate experience frustrating.
