- USTs DevOps Practice is looking for a highly skilled AI for SDLC along with DevOps and SRE Delivery Manager to oversee DevOps and SRE transformation programs for our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, coupled with solid program management capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, milestones, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and budgetary guidelines.
- Develop and implement action plans to optimize software development, deployment, and operations workflows.
- Provide strategic guidance and technical oversight to project teams, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, promoting the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies in AI for SDLC, DevOps and SRE.
- Collaborate with sales and solutioning teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored AI for SDLC, DevOps and SRE solutions.
- Participate in client presentations, proposal development, and technical demonstrations to articulate the value proposition of USTs AI for SDLC, DevOps and SRE offerings.
- Support the creation of RFP/RFI responses, including solution architecture .
