- 6 to 10+ years of experience in the IT Software Industry.
- Strong hands-on experience in MEAN and/or MERN Stack development.
- Proven experience in technical leadership and team mentoring.
- Strong experience in developing and implementing scalable web applications.
Qualifications
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex web applications using MEAN/MERN stack technologies.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Work extensively with modern JavaScript technologies, including:
- MongoDB / MySQL
- Express.js
- Angular
- React.js
- Node.js
- Socket.io
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Possess strong full-stack development knowledge, with hands-on expertise in Node.js and Angular and/or React.js.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, WebSockets, third-party APIs, and backend services.
- Demonstrate strong programming fundamentals, logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Have in-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive design, and modern frontend development practices.
- Participate in application architecture, technical design, database design, and technology selection.
- Conduct detailed code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, security practices, and development best practices.
- Identify technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide effective and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Provide technical estimates and contribute to project planning, sprint planning, and task prioritization.
- Take complete ownership and accountability for technical deliverables across all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement appropriate optimization strategies.
- Work with Git and version-control systems, following proper branching, pull-request, and collaborative development practices.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through technical guidance, code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and best-practice recommendations.
- Support the team in troubleshooting technical challenges and resolving complex production issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, coding standards, architecture, and engineering practices.
- Work effectively within an Agile/Scrum development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and technical discussions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, libraries, development methodologies, and industry best practices.
