Job Role - AI Operator (AIPO) – Voice & AI Training
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound healthcare support calls.
- Support insurance benefit verification and appointment scheduling processes.
- Assist in patient and healthcare provider communication workflows.
- Annotate, label, classify, and tag healthcare interaction data for AI model training.
- Review, validate, and improve AI-generated outputs.
