Pros: It was good there working
Cons: The pressure is not good
View on GlassdoorPros: Nothing to say good things about this company
Cons: The work culture was extremely disappointing and completely lacked transparency, which is exactly why I decided to leave. The role advertised as an AI Operator turned out to be nothing more than a customer support job, which felt completely misleading. On top of that, after already enforcing a one-year bond, asking employees to sign another bond just made the entire system look pointless and unfair. There was a huge gap between what was promised and what was actually delivered—especially when it came to incentives, bonuses, and full-time opportunities—leaving people feeling used and ignored despite putting in real effort. Unrealistic targets, sudden changes in evaluation criteria, and rigid break policies—where employees are told exactly when to take breaks or lunch regardless of how they feel—made the environment even more frustrating. What made it worse was the complete lack of empathy from management—even after clearly stating medical issues, there was no consideration or support, and only demands and pressure to meet their expectations. Basic workplace issues and lack of proper support only added to the negative experience. On top of that, forcing employees to serve a notice period while also demanding a ₹1.5 lakh bond amount is completely unfair and stressful. Overall, the environment felt toxic, insensitive, and exploitative, making it clear that leaving was the only sensible choice.
