I completed the entire interview loop for a Product Manager role at Mastercard. All technical and managerial rounds went exceptionally well, and the interviewing panel was professional and engaging. Following the final rounds, HR verbally confirmed that I was selected and that a draft offer was being finalized. However, post that verbal confirmation, all communication abruptly stopped. Over the last few months, I have sent multiple follow-up emails and tried reaching out via phone, but received zero response or status updates. While business priorities and hiring plans can change, completely ghosting candidates after confirming a job offer shows a significant lack of professional courtesy and respect for the candidate's time. If you are interviewing here, be cautious about verbal confirmations until you hold a formal, written offer letter in hand.
Sample questions
Campus hiring Easy technical and mostly HR interviews 2 rounds both more behavioural less technical If someone gets interviewer who is not much interested in technical background, try to keep it casual and talk like you’re talking to some stranger to interact and know them, tell them how you are a team player and how you like to contribute in team building activities along with the tech background you have on your resume.
Sample questions
Interview process consisted of initial HR screening and technical round with questions focused on work experience and skills. One point to highlight was the interview did not have camera enabled for a video , suggestion to have interviewers follow the same rule as candidates for interview calls. Not many questions around SRE.
Sample questions
The interview process was professional and focused mainly on technical fundamentals, problem-solving, programming concepts, and questions related to my projects. The interviewers were friendly and gave me opportunities to explain my approach before discussing the solutions.
Sample questions
