Qualifications

• Design, develop, and maintain the enterprise data architecture to support OINIS business and data governance requirements.
• Define and enforce OINIS data standards, policies, and best practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with data stewards, data owners, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into scalable architecture solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend data management tools and technologies to enhance data governance initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize data architecture performance, scalability, and security.
• Demonstrate agility and flexibility in adapting to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Exhibit innovation and creativity in developing data solutions that address complex challenges.
• Maintain a results-driven focus to ensure the successful delivery of data architecture projects.
