Job description
Overview
Full-stack software engineering expertise in .NET, React, SQL Server, and Azure; includes technical leadership, mentoring, requirements analysis, and cloud/DevOps proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Construct, test, and maintain software across web, desktop, and client-server platforms
- Lead small teams (up to 4) by assigning work, coaching junior engineers, escalating risks
- Translate business and non-functional requirements into design deliverables
- Contribute hands-on skills in Azure cloud-native development, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery
- Provide L3 support for firm applications including Service Desk issues
- Resolve moderate to difficult problems within project timelines
Qualifications
- Senior-level software engineering expertise
- Hands-on .NET, React, SQL Server, and Azure experience
- Mentorship and leadership capabilities
- Experience with requirements analysis
- Knowledge of SDLC practices
- Ability to estimate effort and manage deliverables
