Overview
CodeQuotient is seeking passionate and knowledgeable AI/ML Trainers to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Python, data handling, and deep learning frameworks, who are keen to share their knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and hands-on training sessions on AI/ML concepts
- Deliver technical content on Python programming, NumPy, Pandas, and machine learning algorithms
- Guide learners through deep learning topics including ANN, CNN, RNN, and LSTM
- Teach foundational NLP topics such as tokenization and sentiment analysis
- Use frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch to demonstrate practical applications
- Design and update training material presentations, coding exercises, real-world projects, and assessments
- Evaluate learner progress through coding challenges, assessments, and capstone projects
- Mentor and support learners throughout their training journey
- Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML tools, trends, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in AI/ML training, development, or a related field (Open to fresh graduates with strong foundational skills and passion for teaching)
Nice to have
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training platforms is a plus
