Responsibilities
- Drive engineering best practices across teams: automated unit/integration testing, clean architecture, design patterns, and application security. Mentor developers on full-stack techniques, code quality, and technical decision-making.
Qualifications
- Core Technical
- Leadership (Primary Focus): Expert-level full-stack development experience utilizing .NET Core / C# for scalable backend engines and REST/gRPC services. Advanced mastery of React ecosystem (TypeScript, state management, performance optimization, and modular UI architectures). Deep expertise in SQL / Relational Databases , data architecture, index tuning, and distributed query performance.
- Secondary & Supporting Skills: Hands-on familiarity with cloud hosting and infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL). Strategic understanding of how to operationalize AI/LLM tools (Google Gemini, OpenAI/Copilot, prompt engineering) within enterprise web applications. Strong background in enterprise systems integration, API gateways, and CI/CD automation pipelines.

- Skills Solid leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills in Agile/Scrum environments. Proven ability to balance speed of delivery with long-term code maintainability and enterprise architecture standards.
