Overview
Overview : The candidate will be the escalation point from other technology teams, the primary responsibility will be the development of systems designs using TI standards and developing processes to ensure reliable infrastructure and systems that are highly available.
Responsibilities
- • Adhere to and assist with continual improvements to the overall Architecture standards and application roadmap for the Server and Storage infrastructure. • Contributes Systems design/requirements for documentation in support of PL153 (Account Specific), • TA357 (Technical Architecture) will be provided by the Architecture team which we may contribute towards and help create. • PL153 designs will be a derivative of the TA357 and require strong documentation skills. • Develop the
- Design standards and document our roadmap for Microsoft technologies such as; • Active Directory • Azure Active Directory • SSO • Office365 / Windows365 • Identity Access Management (IAM) • Develop the
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months in current position and account/department
- Schedule flexibility- Required (Be able to participate in our 24X7 rotation schedule nights, weekends, and holidays).
- 5+ years experience in technology (HW and SW).
- 1+ years of related
- 1 year experience IT Operations, demonstrated experience in identifying and understanding customer technical/business needs and matching technology to meet their needs. Experience in solution architecture is preferred, but not required.
- Advanced technical skills in handling Linux OS, Debian, Centos, etc.
- Advanced technical skills in understanding and create Powershell, JSON, and Python scripts focusing on automation and orchestration.
- Advanced technical skills (subject matter expert) in Microsoft AD Services.
- Advanced technical skills (subject matter expert) in Server and Storage infrastructure (Cisco, Dell, HP, and Netapp).
- Knowledge of at least one of; Microsoft Azure Cloud Services (Azure), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Ability to develop Short, Medium, and Long-term technology roadmaps for technology supporting Contact Center Operations industry.
- Communication skills both written (Technical) and verbal. Have the ability to present to the Leadership Team and Customers.
- Ability to work on company-wide (Global), multi-functional complex systems. Analysis skills are required at a highly perceptible level with the ability to intuitively see any complex problem/solution accurately as a collection of various components.
- Ability to work with a Global IT organization and define technology standards and processes.
- Ability to provide consultation to other projects on his/her area of expertise.
- Financial management (financial, operating & technical risks) and modeling.
- Ability to Project Manage deployment of technology across all domains.
