Overview
Serve as a lead developer for complex enterprise applications using Java Spring Boot Microservices React Angular and AWS in a hybrid work model driving high quality delivery mentoring teammates and ensuring secure scalable and resilient solutions that support key business capabilities and create impactful digital experiences for customers and communities.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end design and development of scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot that deliver secure and reliable business capabilities for global stakeholders.
- Drive microservices architecture implementation by defining clear service boundaries and contracts that improve modularity resilience and ease of maintenance.
- Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using React and Angular that provide intuitive digital experiences for diverse customer groups.
- Implement cloud native solutions on AWS by using managed services infrastructure configuration and monitoring practices that optimize performance and cost.
- Ensure application quality by defining coding standards conducting detailed code reviews and guiding peers on best practices for clean and maintainable code.
- Coordinate day to day development activities in a hybrid work model by planning tasks tracking progress and removing blockers to keep delivery on schedule.
- Collaborate with product owners architects and testers to refine requirements into clear technical designs that align with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations.
- Apply secure coding practices and integrate security checks into services and front end components to protect data privacy and system integrity.
