Qualifications
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and modeling insurance data (claims, policies, premiums, customers, brokers, etc.).
- Develop and manage analytics-ready data models using dbt following best practices (testing, documentation, version control).
- Implement and orchestrate workflows using Dagster (or similar tools such as Airflow or Prefect).
- Build and optimize data warehouses and data marts in Snowflake.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and governance through automated tests, monitoring, and documentation.
