Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including time as a Tech Lead or Senior Full-Stack Engineer
- Hands-on production experience with GCP (not just familiarity - you've actually run infrastructure that mattered)
- Strong Node.js/React/TypeScript background
- Real experience building AI-enabled applications or agentic workflows - not a side project, something that ran in production
- Comfort operating with an unfinished roadmap, a two-person team, and decisions that haven't been made yet
- Startup or early-stage company experience, ideally as an early technical hire
- Familiarity with Quickbooks, Sage, or Dynamics 365 ecosystems
