Battery Smart is India’s largest and fastest-growing battery-swapping network for electric two- and three-wheelers. Founded in 2019 by IIT Kanpur alumni Pulkit Khurana and Siddharth Sikka, our mission is to make electric mobility accessible, affordable, and sustainable for everyone. We are transforming the EV ecosystem through our Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model, enabling EV drivers to swap depleted batteries for fully charged ones in under two minutes. By eliminating high upfront battery costs, reducing vehicle downtime, and increasing earning opportunities for drivers, we are accelerating the adoption of electric mobility across India. Since launching our first battery swapping station in 2020, Battery Smart has grown into a nationwide network powering the journeys of over 1 lakh EV drivers every daythrough 1,600+ battery swapping stations across multiple cities. Our partner-led model empowers local entrepreneurs while creating a scalable and sustainable EV infrastructure. At Battery Smart, we are building much more than a battery-swapping network—we are creating the backbone of India's clean mobility revolution. Our teams work across technology, operations, supply chain, product, growth, and business functions to solve complex challenges and build solutions that create real-world impact. We foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, where individuals are encouraged to take initiative, think independently, and contribute meaningfully from day one. Whether you're developing technology, driving operational excellence, expanding our network, or enabling customer success, every role plays a vital part in shaping the future of sustainable transportation. As we continue to scale rapidly, we're looking for passionate individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving challenging problems, and want to make a meaningful impact on the future of mobility in India.
