Overview
We're looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer who enjoys building reliable backend services, solving engineering problems, and taking ownership from development to production.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, high-performance services and APIs.
- Work with Rust, Go, or Java to develop production-ready applications.
- Design and work with REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
- Contribute to architecture and technical decisions with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Work with both relational and NoSQL databases.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in strong code reviews.
- Own features/projects end-to-end from breaking down requirements to delivery and production support.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and take ownership of production problems.
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Design teams.
- Contribute to technical discussions and help improve engineering practices.
Qualifications
- 5-3 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in at least one of: Rust, Go, or Java.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices
- Practical understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
- Strong coding fundamentals with an emphasis on clean, testable, production-ready code.
- Ability to understand requirements, break down problems, identify risks, and deliver independently.
- Good debugging and production troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
