Overview
Hire Digital is seeking a Freelance Full-Stack Developer with experience in both Python and JavaScript (Remote) to develop web applications, backend services, and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services using Python and JavaScript
- Develop APIs and application features using Django and/or Node.js
- Create responsive interfaces using React, Next.js, Astro, or comparable frameworks
- Integrate databases, third-party APIs, and authentication services
- Deploy and support applications on AWS
- Collaborate through Git, code reviews, and clear technical documentation
- Test, troubleshoot, and improve application performance and security
Qualifications
- Demonstrated full-stack development experience using both Python and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with Django and/or Node.js
- Working knowledge of Git and AWS, including deployment and troubleshooting
- Understanding of secure coding, authentication, authorization, and testing
- Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver independently in a remote environment
- TypeScript, Docker, CI/CD, serverless services, and experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code are a plus
