Role : Cyber Security Engineer (DLP & MDM)
Responsibilities
- Vehant Technologies is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience in secure, mission-critical IT environments. The role involves designing, managing, and securing IT infrastructure supporting Vehant's security solutions, including R&D systems, production environments, and deployed customer systems. Candidates with prior experience in private defence companies or regulated environments will be strongly preferred.
- About The Role
- Implement, configure, deploy, and manage enterprise DLP and MDM solutions.
- Define and enforce data protection and endpoint security policies across the organization.
- Secure Linux endpoints and ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
- Administer and harden Linux systems using industry best practices.
- Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, switches, and routers to maintain a secure network infrastructure.
- Monitor security events, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend remediation measures.
- Develop and automate administrative and security tasks using Shell/Bash scripting.
- Collaborate with IT, Infrastructure, and Development teams to strengthen the organization's security posture.
- Prepare security documentation, SOPs, and implementation guidelines.
- Stay updated with emerging cybersecurity threats and recommend improvements to existing security controls.
Qualifications
- Work mode : Onsite (5 Days a week from office)
- Job Location : Sector-59, Noida
- Qualification : Engineering/BCA.
- 6+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Infrastructure Security, or Network Security.
- Hands-on experience implementing or administering DLP solutions.
- Strong Linux administration experience (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar).
- Good knowledge of Shell/Bash scripting.
- Understanding of endpoint security, access control, data protection, and security hardening.
- Knowledge of security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
