Overview
TalentXcel Services is officially recruiting a high-caliber Machine Learning Engineer - NLP & LLMs on behalf of a distinguished enterprise client partner in the Data Science & AI/ML domain.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute key initiatives aligned with building and deploying custom LLM fine-tuning pipelines and generative AI solutions.
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, engineering teams, and executive management.
- Maintain rigorous standards of quality, reliability, and continuous performance optimization.
- Drive documentation, operational excellence, and mentorship across the department.
- Represent technical and domain best practices in planning and strategy cycles.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated mastery in core tools: Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, FastAPI, Vector Databases.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and cross-team communication abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes in fast-paced commercial settings.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or relevant discipline.
- Annual CTC: ₹6,75,000 – ₹13,50,000 (Fixed + Performance Incentives).
