The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in C# with .NET Core or Java with Spring Boot, along with practical frontend, database, and deployment experience.
- We value engineers who choose technologies based on business needs, adapt quickly, and are comfortable working beyond their primary technology stack. This role combines active coding, technical ownership, mentoring, and delivery coordination.

- Frontend: Working experience with React, Angular, supported by JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- APIs and integrations: Experience designing RESTful APIs, integrating third-party services, and implementing authentication and authorization.
- Databases: Proficiency with at least one relational database, such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle, including schema design and query optimization.
- Engineering fundamentals: Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, clean code, and debugging.
- Version control: Experience with Git, branching workflows, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Testing: Practical experience with unit and integration testing.
- Deployment: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, application deployment, and at least one cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Technology adaptability: Willingness and ability to learn new languages, frameworks, and tools as project requirements evolve.
- Ability to break down work, estimate effort, coordinate tasks, and communicate delivery risks.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance delivery timelines with code quality and long-term maintainability.
- Exposure to microservices, messaging platforms, caching, or event-driven systems.
- Working knowledge of NoSQL databases.
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery practices.
