Unico Connect is an AI-native software development company headquartered in Mumbai. Since 2014, our team has shipped 250+ production software products for startups, mid-market companies, and enterprises across 13+ countries, including the United States, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, UAE, and India. We design and build intelligent digital products: AI agents and agentic workflows, RAG and LLM integrations, conversational AI, web and mobile applications, no-code platforms, cloud and DevOps, UI/UX design, data analytics, and Google Workspace solutions. Our work spans education, fintech, healthcare, travel and hospitality, real estate, e-commerce, and SaaS. AI-native is not a service line we added. It is how the whole company works. Our engineers use Claude Code and other AI tools as development partners, AI reviews accompany every pull request, and QA runs AI-assisted test generation. This is not about replacing developers. It is about our people shipping higher quality software in less time, and building skills that are becoming the most valuable in the industry. What that means if you join us: - You ship real products. Not maintenance queues. New builds that go to production and get used by thousands of people, with your name on the work. - You work AI-native from day one. Every engineer, designer, and QA here learns to build with AI in the loop. The craft you develop at Unico Connect is the craft the next decade of software runs on. - You work with modern stacks. React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, LangChain, Xano, WeWeb, GCP, and AWS, chosen per project on merit. - You are trusted with ownership. Small teams, direct access to clients and founders, decisions made close to the work. - You grow with structure. ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified processes, real code review culture, and mentors who have shipped hundreds of products. Our team works from Kohinoor City, Kurla West, Mumbai. We are a Xano Enterprise Partner, one of only two agencies worldwide, and a Certified Google Cloud and Workspace Partner. We hire people who are curious about what AI changes in software work, honest about what they do not know yet, and serious about the craft of building things that work in production.
