Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure. You'll bring strong expertise across AWS, CI/CD automation, containerization, Infrastructure as Code, and monitoring — enabling seamless software delivery and operational excellence for a growing in-house product.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application build, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or Splunk.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to streamline release management and improve deployment efficiency.
- Implement and maintain security best practices across infrastructure and application environments.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage configuration, version control, and automation using Git and related DevOps tools.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- 6–8 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Bitbucket.
- Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Shell/Bash, or PowerShell.
- Strong knowledge of Terraform.
- Experience in Linux system administration and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
- Understanding of security, compliance, and cloud governance practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
- Experience with microservices architecture and API management.
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices and security automation.
- Knowledge of database administration and performance tuning.
- Cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes administration, and enterprise-scale CI/CD implementation experience will be strongly preferred.
