Overview

We are pioneering the next generation of conversational technology by building cutting-edge Agentic AI Voice Agents.

Responsibilities

• Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and implement production-ready autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning, dynamic decision-making, and contextual memory management.
• Build Real-Time Voice Pipelines: Integrate state-of-the-art Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure ultra-low-latency, natural conversational voice experiences. Tool Integration & API Orchestration: Empower voice agents to interact seamlessly with external databases, third-party APIs, and enterprise systems to execute real-world tasks autonomously.
• Optimize for Performance & Latency: Fine-tune model responses, manage token limits, and optimize streaming audio pipelines to eliminate lag in live voice interactions. Testing & Evaluation: Implement AgentOps/evaluation frameworks to monitor agent behavior, reduce hallucinations, and handle edge cases gracefully.
• Collaborate & Scale: Work closely with product and engineering teams to scale our core AI infrastructure from prototype to robust production.
