Overview
The individual is responsible for maintaining database objects, ETL processes, reports, and backend components while ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of applications and data platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in validating data-centric applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and complex SQL query development.
- Strong understanding of database design principles, data validation, and data quality concepts.
- Familiarity with reporting solutions and report validation techniques.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and defect management processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of automation testing frameworks and scripting.
- Familiarity with release management, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of performance testing and database optimization techniques.
