Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering, with a track record of owning systems independently at senior IC level
- Proven experience scaling infrastructure for high-growth, high-transaction-volume companies (fintech/BNPL/payments experience is a strong plus)
- Deep hands-on expertise with a major cloud provider (AWS preferred), Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern CI/CD tooling
- Strong systems thinking — you can reason about failure modes, cost curves, and scaling bottlenecks before they happen, not just after
- Experience building observability and incident management practices from scratch
- Comfort operating in a regulated, security-conscious environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you'll influence without formal authority
- A builder's mindset: you'd rather write the Terraform module yourself than write a ticket for someone else to do it
- Experience scaling infrastructure for high-growth fintech, consumer tech, or high-transaction platforms from 10x to 100x scale.
- Experience driving large-scale infrastructure transformations independently, from architecture and strategy through hands-on implementation.
- Be Part of a 10X–100X Journey - Help build and scale and be part of a high-growth story.
- Raise the Bar - Learn from people who raise the bar.
- Solve Hard Problems - Work on meaningful, high-impact challenges.
