• Stay current with evolving AI development tooling and advocate best practices for responsible, effective use of AI assistance within the team.
• Use AI tools to enhance productivity during sprint cycles without compromising code quality or security standards.
• Design, deploy, and manage application infrastructure on AWS (Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, S3, RDS) and/or Azure (App Services, Functions, Blob Storage).
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) with Terraform or ARM templates, and monitor application health using CloudWatch or Azure Monitor.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives and contribute to story grooming.
• Work closely with product managers to refine feature requirements and define acceptance criteria.
• Mentor junior developers, share knowledge on best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
