- Ensure the bot adapts its questioning strategy based on responses, capturing key insights from the initial input.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define the bot's behavior, conversational flow, and response accuracy.
Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), including experience with language models (GPT-3, BERT), intent recognition, entity extraction, and semantic parsing.
- Expertise in Machine Learning (ML) techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, reinforcement learning, and active learning.
- Experience with document parsing technologies to extract structured data from unstructured resume text.
- Proficiency with AI and ML frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, spaCy, etc.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI models and building scalable solutions.
- Understanding of Reinforcement Learning (RL) for dialogue systems to improve agent behavior over time.
- Experience with voice-enabled conversational bots.
- Part time/work from home/freelancer required.
