Hiring: Sales

Job description

Overview

We specialize in delivering exceptional IT and business solutions to clients worldwide.

Responsibilities

You run the day-to-day engine behind our sales. You keep the CRM clean, the pipeline visible and the BD activity moving, so we know at any point whether we are on track to hit target. You own our sales material library, our LinkedIn presence and our first contact with new prospects. You are a safe pair of hands who takes the operational load off the leadership team and makes sure nothing slips.
CRM and pipeline. Keep every lead, contact, opportunity and follow-up accurate and up to date. Report weekly on pipeline against target and flag where we are behind.
BD activity tracking. Make sure agreed BD actions actually happen. Chase them, log them, escalate what is stuck.
Testimonials and references. Collect, write up and maintain client testimonials and case references, and keep them current.
Sales material library. Maintain one organised, version-controlled home for all decks, one-pagers, capability statements and adverts. Audit it regularly, spot gaps and out-of-date material, and get it refreshed.
LinkedIn and paid ads. Run the company LinkedIn page: post confidently, keep it active, and set up and manage paid ads without needing handholding.
Bonus: Outbound and outreach. Research and contact potential clients directly and invite them to a call about what Uptitude does. Book the meetings.

Qualifications

Excellent English communication. e.g. IELTS Band 8-9
Experience in business development or sales, gained in a consultancy. IT or data consultancy is strongly preferred.
Hands-on CRM ownership, not just data entry. You have maintained a pipeline before.
Confident using AI tools day to day for research, drafting, outreach and reporting.
Organised and self-directed. You chase things without being chased.
Be Awesome: Strive for excellence, continuously improve your skills, and deliver exceptional results.
Step Up: Take ownership of challenges, be proactive, and seek opportunities to contribute beyond your role.
Make a Difference: Embrace innovation, think creatively, and contribute to the success of our clients and the company.
Have Fun: Foster a positive and enjoyable work environment, celebrating achievements and building strong relationships.

Benefits

Competitive salary commensurate with experience and capability.
Private health insurance coverage.
Offsite trips and quarterly team outings.
Corporate English lessons with a UK instructor.
Opportunities for growth and development.
