Overview

Growth at Housy is not about followers, impressions, or brand awareness dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own Housy's entire demand generation engine across all active and upcoming hubs- online, offline, and referral
• Plan and execute hyperlocal campaigns: society activations, door-to-door canvassing, RWA partnerships, local events, pamphlet distribution
• Run and optimize performance marketing across Meta and Google with real budget responsibility- geo-targeted to 5 km hub radius
• Design and iterate offer structures, first-booking funnels, and pricing experiments that drive trial and conversion
• Build and own the referral engine- structure, economics, tracking, and continuous optimization
• Engineer the subscription conversion funnel- move one-time customers to weekly and daily plans that drive MRR
• Track and own hub-level unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback period, blended AOV, repeat rate, subscription penetration
• Build the 90-day hub launch playbook- Phase 1 activation (15–20 OPD), Phase 2 density (30–40 OPD), Phase 3 maturity (50–70 OPD)
• Manage content strategy and social presence- Instagram as primary channel, Reels-first, authentic service content
• Coordinate with ops and supply teams to ensure growth does not outpace fulfillment capacity
