This is an on-site role at our Hyderabad office, working alongside designers, video editors, developers, and the product team.
- App Store Optimization (ASO)
- Optimize Noteshelf listings on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store: titles, descriptions, keywords, screenshots, and preview videos
- Improve discoverability, keyword rankings, and store listing conversion rates
- Manage Custom Product Pages and relevant app store promotional features such as In-App Events and featuring requests
- Paid user acquisition
- Plan, launch, and optimize app install campaigns across Apple Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other relevant networks
- Manage keyword research, audience targeting, bidding, campaign structure, and budget allocation
- Optimize campaigns for installs that turn into active users and subscriptions
- Analytics and attribution
- Set up and manage attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or Singular
- Work with developers on conversion tracking and in-app event measurement
- Monitor CPI, cost per activated user, retention, conversion rates, and ROAS
- Account for iOS privacy measurement limits and Android attribution requirements
- Creatives and team coordination
- Work with writers and designers on ad creatives, app demo videos, promotional graphics, and store screenshots
- Plan creative A/B tests and use performance data to improve results
- Coordinate with developers and product teams on tracking, launches, and on-time execution
- Brand, community, and creators
- Lead social media strategy: plan what we post, when, and why, keeping every post sharp and on-brand
- Set up and manage our influencer program: find the right creators, build lasting partnerships, and track what they deliver
- Own the stationery strategy calendar, planning digital stationery launches and promotions around key moments in the year
- Keep Noteshelf’s brand voice and positioning consistent across every touchpoint
- Reporting and growth
- Prepare weekly reports on acquisition costs, engagement, Day-1 and Day-7 retention, conversions, and campaign results
- Monitor budgets and recommend adjustments based on performance and business goals
- Find growth opportunities through competitor research, campaign experiments, and data analysis
Qualifications
- 2-5 years in marketing, preferably in consumer apps, SaaS, or product-based companies, including hands-on app install campaigns
- Experience with ASO, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console
- Experience running campaigns on Apple Ads and Meta, plus Google Ads or TikTok
- Hands-on experience with an attribution tool (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or Singular) and an understanding of iOS privacy measurement (SKAdNetwork / AdAttributionKit)
- A habit of making decisions backed by data
- Experience with creative testing and working with creative and product teams
- Strong communication, planning, and project management skills
- Ability to work on-site from our Hyderabad office
- Familiarity with productivity apps, digital stationery, note-taking, or journaling
- Experience with creator or planner communities
- Prior exposure to influencer marketing
