Department: Performance Marketing – Biddable Media (Centralized COE)

Responsibilities

• As the Regional Delivery Lead for Biddable Media, you will be directly accountable for campaign quality, execution standards, and operational governance across offices — acting as the senior-most point of escalation for day-to-day delivery issues and ensuring every team, in every city, meets the same bar of execution.
• This role offers the opportunity to run a centralized, multi-city delivery practice for leading national and global brands, working closely with account management teams to ensure flawless execution at scale.
• Own end-to-end execution quality for the centralized Biddable Media practice across Search, Social, and other biddable platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, X (Twitter), and other platforms.
• Directly oversee campaign setup, trafficking, QA, optimization, pacing, and reporting across accounts to ensure consistent execution standards across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore offices.
• Track and drive KPI performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPL, and overall media efficiency) across the regional portfolio, flagging and resolving issues proactively.
• Review campaign builds, audits, and deliverables across teams to catch errors early and maintain execution quality benchmarks.
• Drive adoption of platform tools, automated rules, scripts, and workflow efficiencies to improve speed and accuracy of delivery across the region.
• Coordinate closely with account management teams on day-to-day client requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Act as the primary escalation point for campaign, platform, or operational issues across all three offices, driving fast resolution.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, QA checklists, and platform best practices across every team and account.
• Directly manage and supervise a multi-city team of Managers, Assistant Managers, Executives, and Analysts across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore, overseeing their day-to-day work and output.
• Allocate accounts and workload across offices, manage team bandwidth, and ensure optimal utilization of resources on a week-to-week basis.
• Conduct regular quality checks and deliverable reviews to maintain consistent execution standards across locations.
• Run performance reviews, give hands-on feedback, and coach team members on platform execution and campaign management.
• Standardize day-to-day processes, checklists, and reporting formats across offices to reduce errors and rework.
• Onboard and train new team members across cities on platform tools, processes, and quality standards.
• Travel across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore as required to review team output, resolve issues, and support account needs.
• 10–14 years of hands-on experience in performance/biddable media execution, with at least 4–5 years directly managing multi-location or multi-team delivery.
• Strong working knowledge of campaign setup, QA, and optimization across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and other biddable platforms.
• Proven ability to run day-to-day operations across multiple teams and offices with minimal errors and consistent quality.
• Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, and other reporting/analytics tools for performance tracking.
• Strong attention to detail with a track record of catching and preventing execution errors before they reach clients.
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to coach, review, and upskill execution teams across locations.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and offices simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
