Overview

VisibilityStack helps brands become cited, mentioned, and recommended across AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid-media strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Translate client goals into campaign architecture, audience strategy, budgets, forecasts, and measurable success criteria.
• Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, AI Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, Display, and paid-social campaigns.
• Own campaign performance from launch through optimization, including targeting, bidding, creative testing, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
• Manage daily and monthly budgets with disciplined pacing and clear recommendations for scaling or reallocating spend.
• Improve lead quality and revenue outcomes, not merely clicks, impressions, or platform-reported conversions.
• Design structured experiments across audiences, offers, ad copy, creative, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Analyze search terms, audience signals, competitors, attribution data, and funnel performance to uncover growth opportunities.
• Build clear dashboards and performance narratives for clients, account managers, and leadership.
• Present results, explain performance changes, and recommend the next course of action with confidence.
• Partner with creative, content, GEO/SEO, web development, analytics, and account-management teams.
• Establish account-level standards for naming, tracking, quality assurance, reporting, and documentation.
• Use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate research, campaign creation, analysis, and experimentation while maintaining human review and brand control.
• Campaigns consistently meet or improve agreed CPA, CPL, ROAS, pipeline, or revenue targets.
• Budgets are paced accurately, with risks and opportunities identified early.
• Conversion tracking is reliable enough to support automated bidding and business decisions.
• Reporting explains what happened, why it happened, and what should happen next.
• Testing produces documented insights that improve future campaigns.
• Clients view you as a trusted performance advisor, not simply a platform operator.
• 5–8 years of hands-on performance-marketing experience, with strong depth in paid search.
• Demonstrated success managing lead-generation campaigns for B2B, SaaS, or service businesses.
• Experience independently managing at least USD 10,000 in monthly media spend across one or more accounts; experience with larger or multi-account portfolios is preferred.
• Advanced working knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, AI Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Display.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Practical understanding of automated bidding, audience signals, first-party data, incrementality, and platform attribution limitations.
• Experience implementing or validating conversion tracking through GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience connecting advertising data with CRM or offline conversion outcomes.
• Strong spreadsheet skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, forecasting, and performance modelling.
• Experience creating dashboards and client-ready reports in Looker Studio or a comparable business-intelligence tool.
• Strong ad-copywriting and creative-briefing skills.
