Business Development Executive (B Sales) (Bengaluru)
Responsibilities
- We are building scalable corporate food solutions. We're looking for a high-energy Business Development Associate who can own the full cycle from first outreach call to closed deal to a smooth client onboarding. This is a hands-on role with real exposure to strategic sales, market expansion, and enterprise clients in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. You won't be handed a script and a lead list you'll help build the playbook as we scale.
- Conduct market and competitor research to spot current opportunities
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships beyond the first sale
- Support onboarding for recent clients, ensuring a smooth handoff and strong first impression
- Support mentoring and onboarding of new team members as the team scales
- Support strategic sales and marketing initiatives across the business
Qualifications
- Business Development Associate
- Function: Business Development & Growth
- Location: Bengaluru (field + office hybrid)
- Reports to: Founder / Business Development Lead

- 02 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers with strong communication skills welcome)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills comfortable engaging decision-makers directly
- Street-smart, self-driven, and adaptable able to work with minimal hand-holding in a small team
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Access to a personal vehicle (for client visits and industry events across Bengaluru)
- Exposure to F&B;, FMCG, or Hospitality sectors preferred
- Market-aligned compensation with allowances
- High-ownership role with real, visible impact not a cog in a large sales machine
- Direct exposure to leadership and enterprise clients
