Job description
Overview
Company Description
Responsibilities
- SG BioSciences helps pharmaceutical, radiopharmaceutical, biotech, hospital and research organisations solve hard operational and regulatory problems.
- Our flagship product is Marichi, a radioactive material management system for nuclear medicine departments, radiopharmacies, manufacturers and research labs. Marichi tracks every radioactive source from the day it arrives to the day the waste is cleared. It calculates decay automatically and pulls inspection-ready records on demand, across one site or many. It replaces the spreadsheets, binders and hand-worked calculations most radiation safety teams still depend on.
- This is a full-time, on-site Business Development/Sales Manager role in Hyderabad, working US hours, and open to candidates with a minimum of 5+ years of experience. You’ll sell Marichi, our radioactive material management software, to hospitals, radiopharmacies, pharma manufacturers and research institutions.
- Shift - IST
- You will be working in Hyderabad with a shift of 630 pm to 330 IST am,; operating in US hours (9 to 5 ET).
Qualifications
- Business development and sales experience across the full cycle: lead generation, consultative selling, negotiation, closing and account management
- Experience selling to US customers, and willingness to work US hours from our Hyderabad office
- Experience selling high value SaaS based products to businesses (B2B) including running product demos and holding technical conversations
- Comfortable learning scientific and regulatory subject matter, and discussing it credibly with Radiation Safety Officers, physicists and clinical teams
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at every level, from end users to procurement and leadership
- Market research skills to understand customer needs, competitors and regulatory changes in pharma, healthcare and life sciences
- Ability to manage several opportunities at once, work across teams, and keep the CRM and pipeline reporting current
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science, engineering, life sciences or business; an MBA is an advantage
- Experience in nuclear medicine, radiopharmaceuticals, medical physics, radiation safety, pharma, clinical operations or regulatory services is a strong plus
- Experiences in selling Pharma/Health/Bio Tech SaaS based products to B2B is a plus
- Experience in selling ONLY CRM/Linked In/EduTech or similar kind of licenses
- Experience in selling ONLY B2C SaaS products
