Overview
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A RESPONSIBLE AND DETAIL- ORIENTED ACCOUNTANT TO MANAGE THE COMPANY'S DAILY ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS, FINANCIAL RECORDS, GST COMPLIANCE , BILLING, VENDOR PAYMENTS AND BANK TRANSACTIONS.
Responsibilities
- WE ARE LOOKING FOR A RESPONSIBLE AND DETAIL- ORIENTED ACCOUNTANT TO MANAGE THE COMPANY'S DAILY ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS, FINANCIAL RECORDS, GST COMPLIANCE , BILLING, VENDOR PAYMENTS AND BANK TRANSACTIONS. THE CANDIDATE SHOULD ENSURE ACCURATE ACCOUNTING, TIMELY REPORTING AND PROPER FINANCIAL DOCUMENTATION. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:- 1. Daily Accounting & Entries
- Maintain daily sales and purchase entries in Tally Prime. Record cash, bank, journal and expense vouchers.
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers. Perform regular ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation of all transactions. 2. GST & Taxation Prepare and verify GST invoices. Handle GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data preparation. Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase records. Coordinate with CA for GST returns and other tax-related matters.
- Manage e-way bills and e-invoices wherever applicable. 3. Billing & Receivables Prepare sales invoices and delivery challans.
- Maintain customer outstanding reports. Follow up on pending customer payments. Verify customer payments and update accounts.
- Maintain credit and debit note records. 4. Purchase & Vendor Management Verify purchase bills and supplier invoices.
- Maintain vendor outstanding statements. Track supplier payments and payment due dates. Reconcile vendor accounts periodically. 5. Banking & Cash Management
- Maintain daily cash and bank records. Perform bank reconciliation. Prepare payment details and reports. Monitor cash flow and daily expenses. 6. Inventory & Stock Accounting
- Maintain stock records of granite, nano slabs and finished products. Coordinate with the store and dispatch departments for stock verification. Record inward and outward stock movements. Identify discrepancies between physical stock and accounting records. 7. MIS & Reporting Prepare daily sales and collection reports. Prepare monthly profit and loss statements.
- Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.
