I was contacted by HR and asked to attend a face-to-face interview at their Noida office. Unfortunately, the interview process felt very unstructured and poorly managed. The interviewers seemed underprepared and at times gave the impression that they were still learning how to take interviews. The discussion lacked any clear direction, with random questions being asked throughout. Overall, it did not feel like a professional or meaningful evaluation, and the experience was disappointing.
