The management is approachable, and the company places a great deal of trust in its employees, which helps build confidence and encourages professional development. I especially appreciated the opportunity to work with a top-tier client like Deloitte, which gave me significant hands-on exposure and helped me strengthen my skills as a Cloud Engineer. The culture is positive, inclusive, and open, making it easy to collaborate and feel valued. Overall, it’s a great place for career growth and learning, especially for those looking to prove themselves or restart their career journey.
Cons: The areas for improvement are minimal. Communication and engagement could be enhanced for employees who are stationed full-time at client locations, as this arrangement can occasionally create a sense of disconnect from internal teams. Additionally, while the compensation structure is fair, there is potential for more performance-aligned adjustments, particularly for roles that require sustained commitment and high visibility at client sites. Modern office setup with a positive and inclusive work environment. Decisions are transparent, and ideas from employees are genuinely welcomed.
Cons: Work can get fast-paced at times, especially during events or facility transitions. Some processes could be streamlined further as the company continues to grow.

I attended the 1st round at banglore office ! its was aptitude + coding round i would say there were a total of i dont remember the exact number there were 3 coding problems and remaining some 30-35 aptitude based on patterns, snippets, sql queries, etc
