Hiring manager started with basic finance questions, I was an MBA finance so grilled me with proper finance topics like bonds, fixed income securities, monte carlo simulation, data fetching, amortization, ABS vs MBS, questions on internship. The interview went around 20 mins with proper finance knowledge and little bit of JD discussion of what I understand with it.
Sample questions
2 Technical 1 with APAC leader 1 with HR Interview was not very difficult, easy for a CFA person basics about fixed income, derivatives, FSA. Not too deep but questions may arise from fundamentals
Clearwater Analytics (CWAN) – Noida, India Round 1: This was an online CoderPad assessment conducted over a call with two panel members. The DSA question was relatively straightforward and based on a greedy approach. I was able to solve it successfully and cleared the round. Round 2: The second round was a face-to-face technical interview at the office, again with two panel members. The problem involved designing a custom linked list with specific behavior. Although the problem itself was simple, this being my first in-person interview, I fumbled under pressure and could not complete the solution. Unfortunately, the experience during this round was disappointing. One of the panel members frequently lost his temper, which made the discussion unprofessional and uncomfortable. Instead of guiding the conversation or maintaining a calm interview environment, he seemed more focused on asserting his seniority and technical authority rather than conducting a constructive discussion with a mid-level engineer having around four years of industry experience. Additionally, the interviewer switched from English to informal language during the discussion, which further added to the discomfort. Had the interaction been more respectful and supportive, I strongly believe I could have completed the problem without much difficulty. Interviews should be a platform to fairly evaluate skills, not to intimidate or demean candidates. Professionalism and respectful communication always matter. I am deliberately not naming the individual, as I believe in maintaining basic ethics and respect. I hope the organization takes feedback like this seriously and continues to ensure a respectful interview culture. That said, I interacted with four other employees during the interview process, and they were all polite, calm, and professional.
Sample questions
It was quite good and easy, mostly questions are from dsa and core subjects.basically they are looking for the person who can take and delivered task before deadline. And one thing to remember that revise all concept before going for the interview.
Sample questions
Pathetic Experience First Round: Technical interview at the Noida office. Feedback was shared the same day. Second Round: Another technical round with the Process Head the following day at the office. Feedback was again shared the same day. Third Round: HR interaction where I was only asked for a brief introduction, and the HR confirmed everything looked fine from their side. Despite that, I received no update. I called the HR the next day and was informed that my application was “in process” and that I would receive the confirmation by the same day or the next. After four days of silence, I was finally told that the position had been closed. After travelling twice to their office and waiting for a full week, this was the only communication provided—without any explanation. Even when I reached out to the India HR Manager, there was no response. Overall, highly unprofessional and no regard for a candidate’s time.
