Pros: Good Technology.. very much to learn new things
Cons: Management handling the Team is not good
View on GlassdoorPros: Quality of work Better Compensation
Cons: Significant workload and no work-life balance.
View on GlassdoorPros: --Exposure to real-world systems and enterprise-level workflows --Opportunity to work on production tickets and practical problem-solving --Learning largely depends on individual initiative - you can gain knowledge if you actively seek it out
Cons: --Internship role is not clearly defined before joining; interns are hired under a generic “Intern” designation and assigned teams later, which can result in mismatches (e.g., development-focused candidates placed in support or QA roles) -- Lack of structured mentorship and unclear expectations for interns Evaluation process lacks transparency, making it difficult to understand performance criteria -- Work culture in certain teams can feel toxic, with instances of unprofessional communication -- Situations of inappropriate behavior were experienced; for example, a manager made uncomfortable personal comments about clothing, which felt unprofessional and created an unsafe environment -- HR support did not feel effective in addressing concerns; there was a perception that issues were not handled with sufficient neutrality or follow-through -- Feedback channels did not always feel safe or constructive; being open or honest did not consistently lead to support, and at times there was a sense of internal bias and informal group dynamics -- Instances of informal discussions and negative talk within teams could make the environment feel judgmental rather than collaborative Overall internship experience can feel inconsistent depending on team allocation

very good experience in ddn . they ask me a question in cs fundamentals and also they asking me about how to implement that project i'm building throughout the year.
Sample questions
I attended an interview process recently and unfortunately had a very poor experience overall. The interview lacked basic professionalism and structure from the beginning. The interviewer did not introduce themselves properly, kept the video off throughout the discussion, and there was no meaningful conversation about the company, team structure, or role expectations. What stood out most was that the discussion frequently drifted toward irrelevant topics instead of evaluating my actual frontend architecture and engineering experience. I was also asked to use draw.io during the interview despite it not being part of the communicated expectations or directly aligned with the role requirements. Throughout the interaction, I felt interrupted multiple times and several of my responses were ignored before I could properly explain my approach or reasoning. The conversation felt more dismissive than collaborative. I have attended many technical interviews during my career, including for senior and architect-level roles, but this was genuinely one of the least professional interview experiences I have encountered. I strongly believe candidate experience reflects company culture, and I hope the interview process and interviewer conduct are improved for future candidates.
Sample questions

Technical Interview 1: Focused on core CSE fundamentals, medium-level DSA questions, Computer Networks and Operating Systems. Technical Interview 2: Primarily centered on DSA and core CSE concepts.
