View on GlassdoorPros: I had a very interesting and rewarding journey at Experion Technologies. It gave me the opportunity to work on diverse projects, learn new things, take on different responsibilities, and grow both professionally and personally. I also had the opportunity to work with some great people and be part of a positive work environment.
Cons: My only major concern during my time at Experion was the compensation. I felt that the salary could have been more competitive in line with the responsibilities, contributions, and experience.

Cons: 1) Workplace is very bad. Don't have enough seats (Kochi) location. Asking a monitor seems to be a crime. 2) No work life balance. Treats employees like slaves 3) Delivery managers are kings like any service company. HR is just puppet. 4) No value for technical people. 5) Sales people normally overcommit to impress clients and win projects. Rest of the team suffers
