Poor work-life balance and layoffs and no promotions
Pros: Some good people are there in org.
Dry promotions no salary increases just title change and more responsibilities
Cons: Worst work life balance in majority of projects.
Way less number of leave as per industry standard (6 public holiday plus 2 floater)
Sick leaves get wiped put as soon as you put your notice period.
On notice period they hold your first month salary like a lala company.
Layoffs happening , you can work hard hut still be laid off due to god knows who, they will make you resign so that its not exactly layoff and if u disagree then its a hard battle there.
90 days notice period but if they want they will kick out people in 1 day if they put their papers not a very good practice and not paying anything.
Great learning opportunities, but work-life balance varies
Pros: Good learning opportunities, especially in cloud, data engineering, AI/ML, and big data technologies.
Flexible work environment (depends on the project).
Encourages certifications and continuous learning.
Friendly and collaborative work culture.
Decent compensation compared to many service-based companies for experienced professionals.
Cons: Work-life balance can vary significantly depending on the client and project.
Salary hikes and promotions may not always match employee expectations.
Internal project switching can be slow.
Some projects involve repetitive maintenance work with limited innovation.
Management quality differs across teams.
Limited onsite opportunities compared to some larger IT companies.
Bureaucratic approval processes for certain decisions.
Communication between different departments can sometimes be slow.
Career growth may depend heavily on project availability and manager suppor
Strong Culture, Meaningful Work, and Opportunities to Evolve
Pros: Strong learning and growth opportunities
Supportive and collaborative work culture
Exposure to modern technologies and challenging projects
Opportunities to take ownership and expand beyond core skill sets
Accessible leadership and open communication
Flexible work environment with good work-life balance
Talented colleagues and a strong knowledge-sharing culture
Cons: The practice-group model is effective for developing specialization, but at times it can unintentionally limit exposure to other technology areas. Employees who wish to expand into different domains may need to put in additional effort to find those opportunities, and project allocations can sometimes be influenced by existing practice alignment rather than broader skill potential. More cross-functional mobility could make career growth even more rewarding.
