Decent pay and work-life balance, but low appraisals
Pros: Avg Pay, Good work life balance.
Cons: Have to reach office atleast 2-3 days which can be annoying, Appraisals are very low every year good for work 2-3 years imo.

Unfair Treatment and Hostile Work Environment
Pros: Exposure to financial domain projects and industry knowledge. Opportunity to work with enterprise applications and automation frameworks. Hands-on experience with QA processes in complex, large-scale systems.
Cons: I was unfairly framed as inefficient and placed on a TDP plan without proper justification. Instead of fair evaluation, I was humiliated in front of colleagues. Teammates shouted at me, creating a toxic and hostile environment. Manager explicitly told me that this treatment would continue, leaving me no choice but to consider leaving.

Campus placements. The online assessment was first filtering round. Consisted of 70 MCQs for 90 minutes. Questions on Java, Python and SQL fundamentals, AI assisted code improvement, Aptitude. Followed by Technical Interview and HR round.

Interview rounds were HR Screening and Virtual Technical Round. In the HR Screening I was told that the interview would be on Problem Solving and SQL. I confirmed this twice with the recruiter. Instead, in the actual interview I got grilled on Core Java. The very least the recruiter can do is to not misled the candidate about the interview direction, it’s already not easy to study 10 different things for 10 different interviews while working 10 hours a day on a full time job.
