View on GlassdoorPros: A good work place in coimbatore for the software professional. Exposure to work with international clients from ASEAN, MENA regions. In-depth knowledgeable insurance domain experts are working. Free breakfast and lunch are good for the employee.
Cons: Nothing to share as cons
View on GlassdoorPros: Nothing much apart from decent learning
Cons: No respect to employees, full of politics managers treat people as slave. If you put jing Jack to your manager you can stay here peacefully, if you ask any valid questions you will be targeted, humiliated, mocked infront of all.
View on GlassdoorPros: KGISL provides a supportive and professional work environment with good opportunities to learn and improve technical skills. The recruitment team was friendly, responsive, and supportive throughout the hiring and onboarding process. They communicated clearly and ensured a smooth joining experience. The team members are collaborative and helpful, and employees get exposure to real-time projects and different technologies. Overall, KGISL is a good place for learning, professional growth, and career development.
Cons: No major concerns at the moment. My overall experience has been positive, and I look forward to learning and growing within the organization.
View on GlassdoorPros: Free breakfast and lunch but average only. Good IT Ticket support. Mostly all employees from local. Leave policy are good
Cons: Can't compare with tier 1 mnc's infrastructure, rest rooms. Strict timings need to be followed. Either Full time wfo or WFH. But WFH is rare.

Extremely Disappointing Recruitment Experience My experience with KGISL’s recruitment process was extremely disappointing. I was contacted by Sowndharya from HR around two months ago, and my interview was scheduled about a month later. I completed the first round and was selected for the second round with Rakesh, the hiring manager. I completed the second round and was informed that I had been selected. After around two weeks, I received a call from HR confirming that I had cleared the interview process and asking about my expected package. After that, there was no proper communication. I followed up multiple times with Sowndharya, but there was no clear update. Eventually, I was informed that the position was closed. The most disappointing part was completing both rounds, getting selected, and having a package discussion, only to be left without proper communication and later informed that the position was closed. I was genuinely interested in the opportunity and had invested significant time and effort throughout the process. Based on my personal recruitment experience, KGISL would currently be one of my least preferred choices for joining. I would recommend candidates carefully evaluate the hiring process and confirm that the position is fully approved before investing significant time in multiple rounds. Pros: * Interview process was initially structured. * Interviewers were professional during the rounds. Cons: * Poor communication after selection * Long delay without proper updates * Position status was not communicated clearly * Significant candidate time and effort involved without a clear outcome This review reflects my personal recruitment experience and is intended to help other candidates make an informed decision.

Sample questions
The recruitment process was smooth and professional. The interview focused on practical knowledge, project experience, Angular concepts, Java, Spring Boot basics, and real-time scenarios rather than only theoretical questions. The interviewers were friendly and gave me an opportunity to explain my approach. The HR team was supportive throughout the process and guided me during document verification and onboarding. Overall, it was a good experience, and the transition from interview to joining was well managed. Interview Tip: Be thorough with Angular fundamentals, Java Core, Spring Boot basics, and be ready to explain your project with real-world examples. Understanding concepts is more important than memorizing definitions. Interview Difficulty Moderate (3/5)
Sample questions
