The interview process at Crio.Do typically consists of multiple stages designed to evaluate a candidate’s technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and communication skills. It usually begins with an application and resume screening where the hiring team reviews the candidate’s educational background, technical skills, and project experience. Shortlisted candidates are then required to complete an online assessment that may include coding questions, logical reasoning, and basic programming concepts. Candidates who perform well move on to one or more technical interview rounds where they are evaluated on their understanding of data structures, algorithms, programming languages, and the projects they have worked on. This is followed by a managerial or behavioral interview to assess communication skills, teamwork, motivation, and career goals. Based on the candidate’s overall performance across all these rounds, the company makes the final selection and extends an offer to the successful candidates.
Sample questions
The initial discussion confirmed there were 3 rounds: 1. Preliminary screening(technical) 2.Technical Round 3. Client Round). But after I cleared Round 2 they added a project manager round before sending me for the client round. Pro: 1. The interviewers were really good in terms of having a good technical discussion Cons: 1, I'd say the recruiting process needs a little work - I was given less time to prepare for my 3rd round and even though I was rejected they didn't contact me for like 4-5 days and I had to call them and ask - they just said I didn't get shortlisted and when asked for specifics didn't get any. I'd say even though we get rejected just make it clear quickly.
